Having healed my trauma utilizing Neuro-linguistic programming, I set off on a healing journey and found myself teaching mindfulness and wellness to others. And here we are, together, ready to turn your willingness into action!
I help people that don't believe they can DO yoga develop a healthy relationship with their body through mindful movements. I use NLP for trauma processing, behavioral modification, and addiction recovery; it works thoroughly and quickly. Unlike traditional talk therapy, NLP works without having to re-live the traumas to the degree that other therapies do. I teach people how to understand their breath patterns and the emotional connection that is occurring inside of them. With this new awareness to breath, an improved ability to move with the body, and a release of the mental trauma, we regain freedom in the day-to-day and are revitalized by life. When you turn Willingness into Action, lives are changed, beginning with yours!
