Having healed my trauma utilizing Neuro-linguistic programming, I set off on a healing journey and found myself teaching mindfulness and wellness to others. It is my joy to bring the offerings that I've found most useful in my quest for healing, into your life.

I help people that don't believe they can DO yoga develop a healthy relationship with their body through mindful movements.
I teach people how to connect with their breath patterns to be able to understand the emotional bond that is occurring inside of them.
With this new awareness and improved ability to move with the body; we can regain freedom in the day-to-day and are revitalized by life once again.

I believe that everyBody has the capacity to process and remove the stuck trauma in their body.
With a combination of mindfulness techniques, meditation and breathwork practices, and adding mild movement through Yoga and Qigong, I have been able to release and remove the stagnant energy held within my body. This process of returning the body to homeostasis and best functioning is what I help my clients do.
I call this restoration process T.R.Y. Trauma Reduction Yoga.
