I believe that everyBody has the capacity to process and heal stuck trauma in their body. With a combination of mindfulness techniques, meditation and breathwork practices, and mild movement through Yoga and Qigong I have been able to release and remove the stuck trauma in my own body. I call this T.R.Y. - Trauma Reduction Yoga.
Neuro-linguistic Programming is a system of alternative therapy intended to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to model and change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior. NLP is a way of changing someone's thoughts and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes for them.
